Compared with 2015, nitrogen oxides have been reduced by 8%, the application ratio of green building materials has steadily increased to 30%, the application ratio of green buildings has reached 50%, the application ratio of pilot demonstration projects has reached 70%, and the application ratio of existing building renovation has reached 80%. This includes conducting evaluations of green building materials, establishing green label evaluation and production in accordance with the management measures, promptly formulating detailed implementation rules, carrying out star ratings of green building materials, guiding the construction industry and consumers in material selection, and promoting an open and orderly green building materials market. By applying information technologies such as Internet Plus, a public service system for green building materials should be constructed, green building materials evaluation labels should be released, channels for green building materials in construction projects should be communicated, and the quality of generated materials should be traceable. Research and establish a third-party information release platform for green building materials. Centering on the demands of green buildings and the development direction of the building materials industry, focus on conducting green evaluation work on materials and products in aspects such as general building materials, energy conservation, land conservation, water conservation, and material conservation.

The third is the green action for the structure of key building materials and products. This includes performance improvement actions, promotion actions for steel structures, and promotion actions for new materials and energy-saving insulation materials. In addition, the action of promoting green building materials to rural areas was explicitly proposed, guiding the production and use of green building materials in accordance with local conditions, with a focus on promoting the utilization of green building materials products. Enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of green building materials. The pilot demonstration actions for engineering applications have been clearly defined, including the demonstration in industrial parks.

In response to the national trend of green development, the improvement and scientific innovation system of elevator companies, the publicity and education of green elevators, and the application of green elevators should become the conscious actions of the whole society. Regulatory authorities should strengthen the management and supervision of elevators that are unsafe, non-environmentally friendly, consume a lot of electricity, and have long queues. With the new normal of economic development, the adjustment of green elevators and the application of innovative technologies are inevitable.
